Perforated Base Hangers consists of a pin , firmly mounted on a perforated Base . It is used in conjunction with Self Locking Insulation Washers, or Speed Clips, and mounted using general purpose adhesive. It is designed to fix efficiently insulation on concrete or any other rough surfaces .
